Screen Time Is Up. Reading Scores Are Down. We Fixed That.

A screen-free, reading adventure program for K-3 students - no apps, no batteries, no screens. Just a child, a book, and a stuffed animal.

A Generational Problem

Screens and edtech promised to revolutionize education. Billions were spent. Reading scores dropped anyway.

Foundational skills like reading aren't built through apps and dashboards — they're built through a child, a book, and someone who cares enough to listen.

We went back to what works.

What's the Operation R.E.A.D program?

Our program is rooted in science - each included item was deliberatly chosen based on scientific findings.

R.E.A.D. Field Companion

Research shows children read longer and with confidence when reading aloud to a relaxed, non-judgmental listener. The stuffed animal isn't a toy - it's a proven reading tool.

R.E.A.D. Mission Passport

The 16-week structured program lives here. Eight themed adventures, daily reading logs, and parent initials after every session build accountability into the habit from day one.

Sand Timer

A physical reading cue that tells a child exactly when their session starts and ends. No screens, no notifications - just focused, distraction-free reading time.

Sticker Sheets

Daily rewards tied to showing up, not performance. Every child earns a sticker for reading, building consistency while learning to build confidence.

Our program was built on science!

While we do think it's adorable, our concept was actually based on peer-reviewed studies in learning and education.
